A bilingual clinic site is two patient journeys sharing one system. Translating the words without testing those journeys produces a site that is technically complete and practically difficult.
Design for direction
Arabic changes reading direction, visual hierarchy and the placement of navigation controls. Every core page should be reviewed in its real right-to-left layout.
Connect the final step
A booking form matters only if the clinic can respond reliably. Decide where each request goes, who owns it and how the patient receives confirmation.
