The 30-minute website audit to run before paying for a redesign
A practical test for finding whether your real problem is positioning, conversion, speed or the underlying system.

A redesign is an expensive answer to an unclear question. Before changing colours or layouts, find the point where a serious buyer stops moving forward.
Start with the first screen
Give a colleague five seconds on the homepage, then ask what the company sells, who it serves and what action comes next. If any answer is uncertain, the problem is positioning before it is design.
Follow one commercial journey
Choose the most valuable service and try to reach it from the homepage. Check whether the proof, price context and next step appear in the order a buyer needs them.
Write the brief from evidence
Record the broken steps, analytics signals and customer questions. That list is a useful redesign brief. A mood board is not.
